Common questions
- Restore a purchase— open the app and tap "Restore purchase" on the start screen, then sign in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
- Manage or cancel a subscription — go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- App blocking isn't working — make sure Screen Time permission is granted: Settings → Screen Time must be enabled, and Unlock Faith must be allowed when prompted in the app.
- Delete my data— email us from the address you want removed and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy.
